 Broken Garbage Containers:   Broken Carts: The resident may call 630-CITY (630-2489) or enter a care issue on coj.net using the following description: Garbage Damaged Can. In order to determine if a cart needs to be repaired or replaced please explain the damages. Ultimately, the hauler will determine if the cart is to be repaired or replaced. If the cart is damaged due to misuse, there may be a replacement charge.    

Street Lights: ​If the street light near your home is not working please call JEA at 904-665-6000 to report the malfunction. You will need the 5 digit number from the pole to complete the report.
